So here we are Day1! It is funny how exciting this is. I am not sure what the difference is today but it feels like things are going to go well. There have been SO many day1’s in my life when it comes to weight loss. Not as many day2’s however 🙂 My plan is to keep a food journal, count calorie’s and exercise…sounds simple enough right? PLEASE send us any advice you may have as well as motivation. I will let you know how it goes tonight!
